FleetBrainX™ privacy

AI, voice, and transcript disclosure

FleetBrainX uses Maxine to process authenticated transportation requests through text and, when you choose it, browser microphone input.

Voice is optional. You can use FleetBrainX by text. Declining microphone access does not block account access.

Raw audio is not retained by FleetBrainX by default in this release. Browser speech capture is used to create text for the active interaction. Premium voice providers may process audio or text only when that feature is configured and requested.

Transcripts are operational records. Ordinary visible transcripts should redact sensitive identifiers such as passwords, tokens, reset links, provider secrets, cookies, and full VIN values after controlled entry.

Purpose. Voice and text are processed so Maxine can answer requested transportation questions, route the intent, consult verified providers, and update tenant-scoped operational context when you authorize an action.

Training. FleetBrainX does not claim unrestricted model-training rights from this disclosure. Any future learning or improvement workflow must remain governed, auditable, and permission-controlled.

Controls. You can mute Maxine, stop listening, use text, and update eligible profile preferences from the authenticated workspace.
